Real like Barcelona #HalaMadrid

It was like a movie...the other day looking at the Nou camp scoreboard FC

Barcelona 0-3 Real Madrid... A day every #Madridsta never expected to

happen in the Mourinho/Ronaldo/Messi era.

Though I didn't see the game from the beginning...my highpoints of the copa del Rey 2nd leg semi final..would be my man, aka CR7 aka C-gobe aka oRoRo, Cristiano Ronaldo totally dominating the game...it was like Nou Camp was Real
 Madrid's new stadium..

And personally, I don't think Lionel Messi showed up for that game...that looked like an overgrown version of Thiago Messi

#NoOffence & no disrespect to the best player on the planet...but it was a Ronaldo show...& trust me, it deserves a golden globe!

The biggest highlight of that game & one Barcelona fans would wanna forget quickly was the 'talent discovery' of their idolised captain, Carles Puyol...that dude is a friggin' ballerina..showing us how to really do a full split! #GoDownLow..lol...

Although the game ended 1-3....it was (according to 'The Miz') "A....wesome".

What is Sexy?! Explore

During Sex talk in High School sexy was not a word someone was supposed to say to the opposite sex, because of what it means, and the “almost rape” incident that just occurred in school initiated the talk.
Sexy means something sexually appealing [Definition]

These days sexy doesn’t only stand for what it really means it also helps to explain how good an item or something is, e.g I like that new slogan its sexy……….

You can be harassed for sexually assaulting someone in the office if that language is used to an opposite gender.

Or maybe you have to explain yourself as you compliment people

e.g. I like your skirt its sexy, Hey! Are you talking about how my hips look in my skirt or how the skirt looks?! Because I can report you for sexual assault [right here I think you should keep your opinion to yourself if you’re not her spouse]

So the word depends on how you use it! So watch how you use it. My advice don’t use it at all!

You look good is good enough, [don’t say it in a sly way though]

Hugging our Factors #YorubaDefinition

We Yorubas are known for not pronouncing words too well or making some words sound like they have some consonant sound in them.

We pronounce every vowel with an ‘H’ sound, we take out vowels and replace it with the letter ‘H’ and vice versa e.g ‘America’ pronounced ‘Hamerika ’, ‘eye’ pronounced ‘Heyes’ ,  ‘Hot’ pronounced ‘ot ’  ‘Hello’ pronounced  ‘ello’

It’s an attribute we are not meant to be proud of, but we treasure it like some prized possession and we use it a lot in spelling our names e.g ‘Olatunji’  spelt ‘horlatunjee’ ‘Oreoluwa’ spelt ‘Horeoluwah’ ‘Ayo’ spelt ‘Hayor’  ‘Ibk’ spelt ‘Hibeekay’

It also happens for the letters ‘F’ and ‘V’ where both letters are interchanged, here’s an example “My Vaith looks up to thee thou king oV calFary saFior diFine”

I think we do this because there’s no letter ‘V’ in the Yoruba alphabets, but there’s no explanation for the H though.

The Ibadan people have carved out a niche for themselves by the way they pronounce their words. In the Yoruba world, they are famous for pronouncing sounds ‘Sh’ and ‘ch’ as ‘S’ e.g ‘Chicken’ proununced ‘sicken’, Up Shooting Stars pronounced “Up sooting Stars” , Champion pronounced ‘Sampion’.

More examples abound feel free to add by commenting………….

Coming soon, hilarious pronunciation from  Calabar and Ijaw people!

Clueless Tunde?! #LifeIssues

A onetime lecturer saw that a student “Tunde” was to graduate with a first class degree and this was the first time a student from his department was doing this. To keep the “supposed record” of his department he made sure the student graduated with a Second class upper…

Years later Tunde returned as a lecturer of the school, and became the chairman of the lecturers, and the supposed lecturer that let him down was still around and now working towards his professorship. Due to the position Tunde holds, he has a role to play in the man getting his “professor title”, what do you think Tunde should do? Should he let the man have it or find a way to let the man down?

@DeGrand_Father I don’t know if I created this saying or it has been said before “Karma is a snitch!  and she will come back and hunt yhu” so he can either be the hands of karma or just be a really good Christian and just let it go and allow God to judge, cause yhu will have to be a freaking good Christian for any anybody to let that go

+Kole Dada 2 wrongs do not make a right. But revenge is sometimes sweet. So let the guy suffer a little bit before getting his professorship!

@OLUWA_BaMIJE Let him down! Will be the bell ringing in his head. But whatever Tunde does to this man will be done to him in return.
