Everybody is working out lately! Ladies that weigh half the size of a new baby, are hitting the gym, watching what they eat, have a place for their instructor in their tight and busy schedule, and you can’t catch them dead eating a meal that’s fried or that has anything to do with oil on purpose!
There’s a reason behind every individual being
persistent about their workout sessions, some ladies start a routine, just to
look better than the chick everybody’s being talking about lately!
Some guys in high school are looking for an extra
pound just to beat up that bully someday, while some do it for the ladies!
And some do it to win a competition, and as you
chill to relax after a hard day’s job, you see a group of people on the race
tracks, involving one or two old people (jugging because their doc says “if you
don’t exercise you’ll die!!”), a couple of mums (who want their husbands to
look at them, the way they always stare at the waitresses with a good figures),
and some fat ladies looking for a boyfriend! And you see them so serious, a
couple of ladies all together no chit chatting, all having a mindset of what
they want to be like next time they look in the mirror!
The number one thing about working out is doing it
for the right reason, what if the purpose of the consistent work out session is
defeated; for instance you still get the guy in with your plus size body would you relent?, you still weigh the same thing for the past
3months and you’re not dead would you take a break?
There’s nothing wrong working out for being healthy
and keeping fit, because the goal behind losing your weight may be lost, in the
long run you may probably accept the size you are and move on, get use to
people calling you fat and give up!
Let the fact of being healthy keep you going, the
way you make it a priority to eat, to live is the same way you need to exercise
to stay alive!!! And research about the activities you’re meant to be doing and
have a steady routine!
